Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please read carefully. In using this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("AGREEMENT") APPLY TO YOUR ORDER AND PURCHASE OF HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, THIRD-PARTY BRANDED AND COMPUTECH INTL. (CTI) SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, "PRODUCT") SOLD BY CTI. You accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement, unless you have a separate purchase agreement signed by both your company and CTI, in which case, that separate agreement will govern. CTI may, from time to time and at its sole option, revise this Agreement without notice by posting the revised agreement on its website. The Agreement posted on CTI's website at the time CTI accepts your order will govern that purchase.
“We”, “Our” or “Us” refers to Computech International (CTI).
Governing Law
THESE TERMS AND ANY SALE HEREUNDER WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES, REGARDLESS OF THE LOCATION OF THE CUSTOMER. ANY DISPUTE, ACTION OR LITIGATION MUST BE BROUGHT IN NEW YORK AND CUSTOMER CONSENTS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS LOCATED IN NEW YORK, SUBMITS TO JURISDICTION THERE, AND WAIVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE VENUE. CUSTOMER HEREBY AGREES THAT SUCH VENUE IS APPROPRIATE AND THAT CTI’S AGREEMENT TO SELL AND DELIVER PRODUCTS TO THE CUSTOMER IS DEPENDENT ON THIS PROVISION.
Pricing
While CTI uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, CTI makes no warranties or representations as to its Site's (ctistore.com) accuracy. CTI assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site. Sales tax is required for orders shipping to destinations within our resident states of business (New York, California, Massachusetts and Texas ). Customers will be charged sales tax according to the appropriate tax rate. Sales tax is charged, on both merchandise and related shipping and handling charges.

Shipping
We ship to all 50 states, Canada and Puerto Rico. We do not accept international orders. Any duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please call or e-mail us for rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and military addresses.
CTI adds shipping and insurance on all orders according to weight and value of package. All packages are shipped FOB CTI unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. Handling fees, if applicable, vary depending on the selected shipping method and are non-refundable.
Title to and all risk of loss or damage with respect to the items shipped shall pass to buyer upon delivery by CTI to the shipping carrier.
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET. All shipments for online orders are scheduled for delivery during the Monday through Friday business week. If you require delivery on a non-business weekday, please phone in your order.
Orders for in-stock items may ship out the same day if order is placed by 3:00pm ET, Monday - Friday and passes credit card verification. For your protection and quicker approval of credit card orders, please ensure that your shipping address is the same as your billing address on file at your credit card company. If your shipping information is different than your billing information, please contact your credit card company to submit your new shipping address.
Orders placed after 3:00PM ET, or on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will ship the next business day if possible. Delivery Time is ETA (Estimated delivery time) for "Priority Overnight", "Standard Overnight", "Economy Two Day", & "Express Saver."
Free FedEx Ground shipping is offered on select products and is only available for orders shipped within U.S. (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Canada). Delivery via FedEx Ground may take 5-10 business days. Any orders that include a backordered item will be shipped once all items are in stock unless a request for shipment of all-in-stock items is made (additional charges may apply) please call for details.
Orders with shipping weight exceeding 150 pounds will require use of a trucking company. Please call for shipping fee information.
Adult Signature is required to release package.
Return Privileges
CTI offers a 20-day return policy on most products. Because most merchandise is subject to the manufacturers’ policy and return restrictions, CTI reserves the right to decline specific return requests based on those restrictions. CTI makes no warranty or guarantee of compatibility of any type, implied or otherwise, on all items purchased.
